Our furnishing partner Raumplan from Reutlingen has successfully realised a unique project for MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH on the banks of the Spree in Berlin. A modern working environment for over 200 employees was created on an area of over 4,000 m². The aim was to create a flexible and attractive working environment that meets the changing demands of the market.
Flexible and sustainable planning as the key to success
An important concern of MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH was reversible planning that would enable the company to react quickly to future changes. Raumplan played a central role in this by developing a furnishing concept that was not only functional but also sustainable. The reverberant surfaces such as concrete, glass and screed floors posed particular challenges in terms of acoustics and electrification, which were skilfully mastered with innovative solutions.
Feel-good ambience thanks to Prostoria and Egoé life
The project is based on a careful selection of materials and furniture that create a special feel-good atmosphere. The Prostoria brand, represented by Prospekt.design, was used for the cafeteria, lounge and meeting areas. The modern and stylish furniture from Prostoria fits perfectly into the overall picture and creates an environment in which employees enjoy spending time.
Flexibility with the Egoé life LEVA system on the roof terrace and indoors
An outstanding feature of the project is the roof terrace, which was designed with an Egoé life LEVA module. This flexible system provides space for meeting and lounge areas and also allows the integration of greenery elements to create a relaxed atmosphere.
In addition, the LEVA system was customised as a ‘walk line’ in the interior. This modular structure organises the space and creates different zones for meetings and workstations, offering employees opportunities to retreat.

The collaboration between Raumplan and prospekt.design, the agency that represents the Prostoria and EGOE Life collections on the German market, resulted in an optimal product selection for the project.
